The PAKO app is only available to employees of the weyer group.

PAKO is used to manage offer and project data, time recording and invoicing. The software solution for recording project processes and account assignments is an ideal program for monitoring projects and controlling costs, especially for service providers. The program manages all project-specific data such as area of ​​activity, budget, billing status, customer assignment and payment deadlines.

You can also map detailed project calculations (workload, ancillary costs, third-party services) and project-related quality management.

The software is also used for personnel management. You can assign the employee hours to the individual projects (account) and manage the specific employee data (working hours, overtime, vacation, illness). The various stored working time models of the employees are automatically taken into account.

In addition to detailed evaluations, you can use the collected data to create and edit project references and employee profiles with just a few clicks.

Another essential part of the program is the management of customer data, CRM (company data, contact data, project-specific linking of data, creation of marketing lists) and the management of project invoices (invoices, cancellations, open item lists, payment terms).

With the differentiated rights management, each employee can be assigned specific rights so that everyone only sees the functions that they actually use.

PAKO is multi-user capable and independent of its own IT infrastructure. The program can be used regardless of platform and location via your own browser.

In addition, several affiliated companies can be managed separately from a commercial point of view via PAKO.

The project management forms the basis of the web-based program. Unique project numbers, budget data, a detailed calculation and other essential information about the order can be entered and tracked here. To do this, all employees enter their hours worked in PAKO and assign them to the corresponding projects. With the help of the stored hourly rates, the remaining project budget minus the specified travel expenses is then calculated directly.
