And, if you ever need to update your personal information, change it at any time from our customisable profile page.

Patchwork Rota's homepage provides a snapshot of your upcoming shifts for the week ahead so you can keep tabs on your schedule. You can also view your entire schedule on our intuitive, colour-coded calendar view, and see at a glance if you're on a day or night shift.

Request holiday and manage absences

You don't need to use another system to submit holiday requests or handle sick leave. Manage everything in one place, receive updates on your sign-off, and leave the system to automatically book you off the rotation.

Easily view your team's rota

With one click, switch between your own personal rota and your team's schedule for the upcoming rotation. With visibility across the whole team, there will be no last-minute surprises.
