The pds tool app helps you to reserve, plan and move all the devices and tools in your business. In combination with the pds software, test and TÜV appointments are managed professionally. This ensures optimum usability of all devices and tools.

In the pds tool app, you can record not only reservations but also withdrawals and returns of tools. This makes it transparent which tool is used by whom and for which construction site.

Employees in the office can use reports to recognize reservations at any time and make adjustments to their daily needs. In addition, you can quickly see through a general overview or a specific search, where the tools are currently located and whether they are still available.

You can use various techniques of mobile devices for the documentation: camera function, QR and / or barcode scanner, acquisition via NFC tags. Alternatively, data such as e.g. the inventory number, entered manually. By the way: The output of tools from the warehouse is also possible for authorized employees without the presence of warehouse staff.

The exchange of tools on construction sites under the mechanics is also supported. With this possibility of digital documentation, you can organize smart process paths.
