Pendataan Non ASN 2023

Non ASN Data Collection is the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) conducting data collection for non-State Civil Apparatus (ASN) personnel.

The verification and validation process is carried out on the main data components and supporting data which are classified into 2 (two) groups including:

Main Data for Non ASN Employees using the NIK base which is integrated with the Population and Civil Registration data system owned by the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration of the Ministry of Home Affairs. The supporting documents studied consisted of scanned documents of Identity Card (KTP), Family Card (KK) and diploma.

Work Contract History data owned by every Non ASN employee while working in Government Agencies. The supporting documents examined consisted of scanned documents of Decision Letters (SK) or Work Contracts per year and Proof of Payment of Salaries per month for each SK or Work Contract owned.

Non ASN employee data can be integrated into the Application, as long as the data meets the following criteria:

Has aged 20 years and over and does not exceed the age of 56 years as of December 31, 2021;

Until the time of registration, they are still carrying out their duties as Non ASN employees and have fulfilled their service period of at least 1 (one) year on 31-12-2021;

The work carried out is not included in the outsourcing position category (Cleaning Officer, Driver and Security Officer)

Salary is not sourced from the mechanism for the Procurement of Goods and Services.
