PGN ESMS

E-sms is an application that handle the correspondence system in PT Perusahaan Gas Negara. In general, these applications handle outgoing official letter and incoming official letter. For outgoing official letter it can be intended for internal or external of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara. For internal outgoing official letter, user that selected as a reviewer by the drafter must conduct action to the letter that has been drafted by the drafter. Reviewers may approve, revise or reject to the letter that drafted by drafter.

For external outgoing official letter, external user will receive official letter from PT Perusahaan Gas Negara. For incoming official letter, heads of divisions will receive incoming official letter that have previously been grouped by the secretary into index set. The heads of these divisions will dispose of incoming official letter to people that related with the official letter. Continue until the incoming official letter has been checked.
