Photo Perfect

Photo Perfect has precise masking that allows you to edit the depth of field (photographers often use this feature to blur the background and bring the foreground even further into focus). There is also a Selective Adjustment tool. It allows you to select a specific area of a photo and adjust the saturation, contrast, and brightness of that individual point.
