Physiotherapy Questionnaires

The Physiotherapy Questionnaires - PQ aims to group the main clinical questionnaires musculoskeletal area to help the physiotherapist in clinical decision making.

The PQ allows you to generate PDF reports with patient responses, as well as tabular power option that data to Excel.

This app is the result of a joint effort of the League of Sports Physiotherapy Department of the Federal University of Ceará Physiotherapy with the Computer Science department.

Questionnaires included:
