Picky Eating Reset

Picky Eating Reset helps parents turn familiar safe foods into small, pressure-free steps toward new foods.

Build a personalized Food Profile using foods your child already accepts. Add important preparation details such as texture, shape, temperature, or brand. The app then recommends a gentle next food and gives you one clear mission for today.

CELEBRATE EXPLORATION

Progress can mean allowing a food nearby, keeping it on the table, touching it, smelling it, tasting it, or trying it again. The app does not use clean-plate goals, forced bites, punishment, or shame.

REDUCE MEALTIME DECISIONS

Instead of giving you a large library and asking you to design a program, Picky Eating Reset provides one practical next step. Complete the activity in the real world, then record the furthest comfortable interaction in seconds.

FOR PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS

Picky Eating Reset is designed for parents of children approximately 18 months to 10 years old. Child Explorer is an optional shared activity and does not create a child account.
