How does the Pike app work?

1. Register in minutes

Simply register within minutes. Verify with an SMS code and you are ready to have your parcels delivered or picked up.

2. Order your package

Order your package from an online webshop and enter the address of the Pike warehouse as the delivery address.

3. Register your package

Simply indicate in the Pike app how many packages we deliver to you.

4. Have your package delivered

As soon as your package has been delivered to us, you will receive a notification and you can easily have your package delivered in 2 steps.

5. Delivery

If the delivery person is on its way, you will receive a message and your package will be delivered at the agreed time.

6. Return

If you want to return your package, take a photo of the QR code on your package. In 2 steps you indicate where and when we collect your package. No printed return slip? Mail the receipt and we will print it.

7. Collection

We pick up your package at the agreed time.
