Pippa Study

Welcome to the Pippa Study:

The Pippa Study app is a proprietary platform of ObvioHealth being used to manage a research project, Mobile App-Based Patient-Reported Outcomes in Patients Treated with Palbociclib for Advanced Breast Cancer in Australia.

The Pippa Study app removes the costly overhead of physical site visits and brings the trial directly to the mobile device of each participant.

The result? Robust data collection, increased compliance, faster time to completion, and average cost savings of ~50% vs. traditional on-site trials.

Participant Journey

Participants deemed as eligible by study team members, or through virtual registrations, will receive an email with instructions to download the app.

Upon download, the participants use their Participant ID and complete the Informed Consent process. A series of screens explains the parameters of the study, including:

- Privacy Policy

- Data Gathering & Usage

- Study Tasks & Surveys

- Time Commitment

- Option to Withdraw

Intervention Period: Daily Tasks

Participants will be asked to complete questionnaires about your health and how do you feel when you start the study and other six times over the course of 12 months. At each timepoint, the data collection should take no more than 10 - 15 minutes to complete.
