PIRO Bit

PIRO Bit is the first mobile app for jewelry manufacturing professionals, available as a free download.

This standalone app supports the production process by performing basic calculations during the production of jewelry, providing additional mobility and efficiency to the users. PIRO Bit is a useful tool for jewelry manufacturers who wish perform basic calculations quickly.

This app can be used to:

• calculate the weights of metals when converting one type of metal into another (i.e. 14K gold to 18K gold)

• calculate the current price of the metals based on current market prices

• calculate the volume of silicone needed for certain mold sizes

• calculate the volume of investment needed for certain flask sizes

• calculate the scrap amount that can be reused (recycled) in casting

• keep a register of purchased metal, with an optional discounted value based on current market prices

• quickly convert temperatures between Fahrenheit and Celsius
