Voice Notes

Voice recorder + smart notes. Record, transcribe speech to text, and get organised notes in seconds.

Voice Notes is a voice recorder and speech to text app that turns everything you say into clean, organised text. Record a meeting, a lecture, an interview or a thought in the car: the app transcribes the audio to text and formats it into the exact kind of note you need. No typing. No cleanup.

■ A VOICE RECORDER BUILT FOR LONG SESSIONS

Record meetings, lectures, interviews and site walkthroughs, up to 60 minutes per recording. Recording continues in the background and survives calls and interruptions, so you never lose a voice memo.

■ SPEECH TO TEXT IN 60+ LANGUAGES

Accurate voice to text with real punctuation, paragraphs, names and numbers, far beyond keyboard dictation. Best results in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Italian, Polish and Indonesian. Transcribe in the language you speak and read the note back in the language you choose.

■ THE TRANSCRIPT BECOMES A REAL NOTE

More than an audio to text converter. One recording becomes nine note formats: meeting notes, to-do list, email, message, summary, lecture notes, journal entry, brainstorm notes and invoice. Speak naturally; the structure is automatic. Or build custom templates for the notes your work actually needs.

■ REMINDERS SET THEMSELVES

Say "remind me to send the quote Friday at 9" and the reminder is scheduled with a notification, even when the app is closed. Dates, deadlines and tasks are detected in every transcript.

■ TAGS THAT ORGANISE FOR YOU

Set keyword rules once. When a transcript mentions them, the right tag is applied automatically. Filter your whole library of voice notes with one tap and search the full text of every recording.

■ WORKS WHERE YOU WORK

Send notes to Notion, Slack, Todoist or Readwise, or anywhere via Zapier and webhooks. Export any note to PDF, Markdown or SRT. Ask a question about a recording and get an answer drawn straight from the transcript.
