Poke to Walk was born from the desire to bring a new type of cuisine to the city, indeed, a real experience. As Baresi DOC lovers of raw fish, we could only focus on poke, in which fish is the absolute protagonist.

After months of study, research and dedication, Poke to Walk opens its doors: it is a small cozy place furnished in the classic Hawaiian style where you can order take-away via tablet. Behind the scenes, however, our chefs work in a large kitchen with the utmost respect for the rules of fish processing and more. From the preparation of the individual ingredients cut into cubes, to the assembly in the bowls to create a unique and personalized dish.

The strength of Poke to Walk is the attention to both the choice of raw materials, strictly fresh and seasonal, and the environment, using only recyclable materials. Furthermore, for those who prefer comfort or have little time available, Poke to Walk provides the home delivery service via App or telephone.
