Finally the time has come! The polygoCard is supplemented by a digital medium - the polygo app is here!

In addition to public transport information, the new multimodal polygo app also provides information on various car and bike sharing services as well as e-scooter and e-scooter mobility offers.

Book the right public transport ticket quickly and easily and in future you will regularly benefit from attractive special conditions with our mobility partners.

Functions:

• Clear departure monitor: You can see the next departures of all nearby bus, subway and S-Bahn lines directly on the start screen. You can also find out about the availability of car, bike, e-scooter and e-scooter offers.

• Quick and easy registration in the polygo app: In addition to an e-mail address, only a password is required.

• Quick and easy public transport ticket booking: Buy your appropriate public transport ticket either directly via the "Tickets" button or via the route information. Short-distance tickets, single tickets and day tickets are available.

• Safe and easy payment: Pay for your public transport tickets securely with one of the following payment methods: credit card, SEPA or PayPal – with the latter even without a separate login to our ticket shop.

• Multimodal addition to local public transport with regional sharing providers: Find out about mobility offers and unlock and book them with just one click in the partner's app.

• Individual setting options: Add any favorites to find stops or other interesting locations even faster in the future. You can also select accessible routes or a personal walking speed in the mobility settings.

The polygo app is constantly being further developed. New features and new mobility offers will be added regularly in the coming months. We are also working on making as many offers as possible bookable directly in the polygo app - stay tuned!
