Powertel

This is an Application developed specifically with the Powertel Zimbabwe clients in mind to help improve the level and efficiency of interaction, between Powertel and its clients 24/7 at minimum costs and without having to endure the hassle of being put on hold for long periods of time on the Help Line.

It is meant to help keep existing customers well informed about new developments with regards to new services, products, promotions, discounts etc.

This Application is meant to cushion Powertel clients from having to make the traditional Land or GSM call, to the HelpLine, which happens to be costly for the customer, in the event that the Powertel network connection has failed.

With this Application the line between Powertel and its clients has grown thinner than before.
