Pranimitra

‘Pranimitra’ helps you to report the sighting of different species of Snakes, Birds, Mammals or Amphibians commonly observed in our premises. This information contains the Name of observed Snake or Animal and GPS co-ordinates of the sighting. The sighting is then reported to IHS and Forest department.

User can contact the rescuer who is available in their area. The ‘Rescue a Snake’ option helps users to make a phone call to the rescuer. The snake rescuer can immediately take the actions to rescue the snake or animal to safe location.

This application is developed currently for Maharashtra which will be extended for India in Future. Currently, the list of rescuers is limited to Pune and with more registrations and verifications; the list will be updated for all Maharashtra.
