PreTarea

PreTarea is an application for mobile devices designed to perform pre-job checks, to verify that all necessary occupational risk prevention measures have been adopted.

Its objective is to facilitate the control of prevention measures by those responsible for companies that perform work in third-party centers, by using new communication technologies.

It is intended primarily for team leaders or foremen of companies that perform work in other people's centers, workers who work alone in third-party centers or self-employed workers.

The structure of this application includes the necessary functionalities to perform the entire process:

- Identification and registration of the Company and the user involved, Context of the work (Place, Owner, Conditions, Date, Time)

- Selection of the works or tasks that are intended to be carried out

- Selection of work teams

- Linked risks

- EPI to be used related to risks

- Preventive measures to be adopted

- Obtaining a summary report

- Email for registration of control

Its operation is simple because the application guides the user throughout the process and offers alternatives adapted to their context. The use requires the following steps:

1. The user registers and provides an email (or more than one) where the summary reports of the controls will go. This data is saved for later uses.

2. It provides the identification data of the new work that will be carried out.

3. The work is selected from the list provided by the App.

4. Depending on the chosen work, a series of pre-selected teams appear that can be unmarked according to the characteristics of the task.

5. The following screen shows the fundamental risks linked to the task.

6. Subsequently, other secondary risks appear that can be unmarked and add others according to the conditions of the task.

7. The next screen shows the PPE linked to the risks that have been finally selected for the task. These PPE can also be unmarked or select others.

8. After that, the prevention and protection measures that must be adopted before starting the task appear.

9. This particular configuration has been made for this task can be saved for later use in similar tasks.

10. Once all the data have been validated, the option of generating a report of the control performed is offered.

11. If this option is selected, a new screen is accessed where the different ways to share this report appear, including by email.

In addition to its main purpose, the application has very useful features for its users such as:

1. Create a database of your own with the cards that are created, which can then be found by searching for keywords or dates.

2. Check the history of controls that have been carried out.
