To receive a refund, the seller must fill in the details of the item for sale and pay a deposit. The seller will receive their deposit back immediately upon the sale of the item. Including receiving a proportion of the accumulated rebate and being able to request a refund when the agreement is met.

Shoppers can purchase items from stores for immediate pickup or purchase through the platform for delivery. The buyer also receives a proportion of the accumulated rebate and can apply for the rebate when the agreement is met.

The consignee (shipper) can decide to accept/reject the consignment service and send it to the requester, receiving the delivery fee directly from the requester. The consignee also receives a proportion of the accumulated refund and can apply for the refund when the agreement is met.

Payment: The store receives payment for the item sold directly from the buyer or consignor. The buyer pays the service fee and the cost of the item for sale directly to the consignee.

Cash-back usage: Service applicants who wish to use cash-back must go through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with the law.
