Proclaim Lite

Proclaim Lite, a mobile version of the Proclaim portal is an internal mobile application built for Medi Assist employees that can be used to perform all activities related to their job. Following are the claim details that can be viewed in the app.

1. Policy Details such as Claim ID, MAID, Claim Type, Pre-Auth Amount, Claim Received date, Beneficiary Info, Claimed amount, Approved amount, Ailment info etc

3. Audit trail showing the various phases the claim has gone through

4. Bill details

5. Attached claim related documents

6. Investigation details

7. Care Rangers with the questionnaire

8. Settlement Details
