RACE+

RACE+ is a clinical tool for healthcare professionals managing acute stroke in both prehospital and hospital settings.

The app provides a fast, guided assessment of the RACE scale (Rapid Arterial oCclusion Evaluation), a validated instrument to detect large vessel occlusion (LVO) in patients with suspected stroke. From the RACE score and the patient's clinical data, RACE+ delivers an AI-based prediction of the stroke type, helping the team decide the most appropriate destination center (with or without endovascular thrombectomy capability).
