Raptor

Raptor is the on-site and remote operation app for approved customer employees and Seoul Dynamics operators. Installing the app does not grant access to a robot. An approved account and a configured robot connection are required.

• Monitor robot state, driving speed, fork height and tilt.

• View SLAM maps, spatial information and autonomous operation status.

• Manage work zones, maps and movement or work instructions.

• Connect directly to a robot on the site network.

• Open Ptero for remote monitoring and access to an assigned robot.

• Use phones and tablets in portrait or landscape.

On-site connections require a compatible Raptor robot, network access and certificate trust configured according to the site installation instructions. Remote connections require approved Ptero access and remote connectivity configured for the robot. Available functions depend on robot configuration and user permissions.

Displayed information may be delayed by connectivity. App stop controls do not replace the robot's physical emergency-stop device. Trained personnel must follow their site's safety procedures.
