Reli is a revolutionary Just-in-Time Chat app, which connects people according to their whereabouts, and lets them chat - even without knowing each other.

Reli lets you open a Reli-Discussion and share it with people around you based on their location and your sharing preferences. You can view other Reli-Discussions that were opened around you, and chat with other people after creating/joining a Reli-Discussion.

With our advanced notification system, you can choose to follow or unfollow an existing Reli-Discussion and to manage whether to be notified when a new message is added to a Reli-Discussion around you, which might interest you, based on our tagging mechanism.
