About Resilience App

The Resilience App helps individuals measure, track and learn resilience skills.

Note: You will need to obtain an access code from your employer to use this app. If you have not been given an access code please ask your manager to contact the Resilience Institute.

The Resilience Institute is delighted to bring you the Resilience App.

Inside you will find the Resilience Diagnostic assessment, the Goal Keeper tracker and resilience training videos. Our objective is to help you bounce, grow, connect and flow. The content inside is evidence-based, practical and integral.

The Resilience Diagnostic measures 11 categories and 60 factors of resilience. Includes dynamic self-coaching.

Depending on your company access, the video training includes over 55 micro-learning videos covering the science and practice of resilience.

Goal Keeper enables users to track key resilience goals using a simple emoji interface that builds awareness and momentum.
