ResilienceBox

Start nourishing your wellbeing. A wellbeing solution that helps your employees build resilience and connect with support. Designed by psychologists from The Centre for Corporate Health (CFCH), The Resilience Box® is an enterprise digital employee support platform where employees can seek assistance, build their resilience and engage in self-directed change to strengthen their wellbeing.

The Resilience Box is the result of 21 years of research by CFCH. Through their extensive experience in the workplace psychological world, CFCH identified that the mental health concerns experienced by employees broadly stemmed from high work demands, poor team culture and lack of resilience skills. Through their intervention, CFCH they implemented a holistic approach to improving mental health and focusing on addressing the knowledge and skills that were lacking.

The Resilience Box App is the latest piece in the puzzle. Designed to be your go-to 24/7 digital coach. Providing you with everything you need to strengthen your resilience and equip you with the skills to navigate the challenges that life throws at you.
