Create reusable workout plans, start planned or ad hoc workout sessions, and record sets with the right details for each movement, including reps, weight, duration, distance, effort, notes, or completion. Browse an exercise library with instructions, muscle and equipment tags, then add exercises to your own plans.

Connect Health Connect to save completed workouts and cardio sessions. Use the separate Import body weight action when you want to copy Weight entries into Progress.

Right Gym Buddy is built for real gym use. You can edit a session while training, swap busy equipment, skip exercises, add finishers, use a simple timer, and keep tracking even when the network is unavailable. Sign in when you want sync, backup, plan sharing, and friend activity.
