Rision utilises mobile technology to improve communication between businesses and staff, allowing both employers and employees to manage their workload, and simultaneously increasing visibility of business functions to both staff and managers.

The app allows staff to:

- Access available and rostered shifts

- Accept/decline or give away shifts

- Manage availability

- View and submit timesheets

as well as improving visibility and communications via the use of push notifications and email.
