GAIL GAS Limited is launching SAHAJ - Meter Reader Mobile Application. GAIL appointed Meter reader agents can perform recurring billing activities for GAIL DPNG (Domestic Pipe Natural GAS) customers. Objective of Meter reader mobile application to generate on-spot inovice for DPNG customers.

GAIL GAS SAHAJ - Meter Reading Mobile Application offers below features for on-spot invoice generation process:

• Meter reader agent can view allotted consumer for specific GA’s Area and Sub-area.

• Meter reader agent can visit personally each DPNG customer and enter current consumptions along with connection stats, customer information to generate invoice.

• Meter reader agent print invoice for DPNG customer and hand-over to customer.

• Meter reader agent can change connection status (as per customer meter status), enter consumption unit, upload meter photo generate on-spot invoice.
