SBSF Trainings App

The app contains a comprehensive drill database from which you can put together your own training plans and save them for later.

The drills are divided into different levels of difficulty and can also be filtered according to the type of training (pitching, hitting, outfield, etc.).

The training plans can be compiled in the app with the available drills and also divided into different segments (e.g. warm-up, main part, cooldown).

All drills contain detailed instructions on the required material, personnel and implementation and are accompanied by illustrations and videos.

The app is bilingual (German and English), whereby the active language can be switched at any time.
