See everything SHADOW offers for your training experience:

- Access your TRAININGS: information about exercises, loads, repetitions, execution tips and training expiration dates. Also consult your physical assessment whenever you want.

- Consult the class AGENDA: check in, check schedules, reserve a place in the room and, if the class you want is full, be notified as soon as there is a space available!

- Interact with teachers and classmates through TIMELINE, posting photos and messages.

- NOTIFICATIONS: SHADOW notifies you of your upcoming activities or if someone has sent you a message, so you don't run the risk of missing any more classes or that important message!
