New: added support for Android 12 and 13.

Note: On Android 12 and higher the notification message with the verse of the day can appear some minutes later than the time that you have selected. This is the case because Android 12 and higher have very aggressive energy saving mechanisms and do not allow for normal applications to set an exact timer.
