Ships - Receive AIS from air

- Optional: Share ships data with fellow app users via the cloud (check your local regulations!)
- Repeat NMEA messages to other applications like OpenCPN
- Receive NMEA messages from other sources
- Map screen:
- Added data receiving indicators (left: dongle, right: external)
- Layer at containing a list of all ships
- Let the user select scale factor for ships at map and a symbol for own location: antenna, house, yacht, sail boat or cargo
