Civil is a platform built to facilitate pre-service activities at the Land Office such as: validation of land data, check plot information on spatial patterns and Simultaneous Plotting Movement (GPS). This application makes it easy to manage land data, both as admin and as a user.

Through this application, the history of requests for validation of land data can be monitored in real time. If there is a revision of the file, the applicant can directly repair / correct it practically.

Specifically for the Simultaneous Plotting Movement (GPS) it is intended for village officials / youth organizations who are willing to commit to assisting the land office in implementing GPS (for certified land or not) to improve and improve the quality of land data in the village concerned.

It is hoped that civilians can help accelerate validation of land data, reduce land disputes in the community, increase the degree of quality of land data in the land office and accelerate the realization of electronic data to welcome electronic services at the beloved ATR / BPN Ministry 2024.

Features on civilian applications:

1. Management of land data validation requests, check plot information on spatial patterns and Concurrent Plotting Movement (GPS);

2. Pick point facility for the centroid coordinate point of the land plane;

3. Facilities for google street view and geocoding on maps;

4. Periodically export the submitted land data validation recapitulation in the format (* .jpg, * .png, * .csv and * .xls, * .pdf.). Note: For admins there are additional export files for integration of spatial and textual data in the format (* .shp);

5. Revision of the participatory validation request file and real-time announcement of the completed validation file;

6. Automation of coordinate transformation from geographic projection system (lat-long) to TM-3 zone 49.1 projection system;

7. Monitoring activities carried out by fellow users in one account

8. For the Simultaneous Plotting Movement (GPS) menu, there is a facility to import the nominative list data along with the center coordinates of the plot of land in the format (* xls).
