This application collects location data to activate the attendance feature even when the application is closed or not in use, to prevent employees from committing fraud in attendance, this has been regulated by the Baubau city government as the basis for providing allowances for Baubau city civil servants.

The Information System for Organizational Services and Management Incentive Services (SI POLIMA) ASN is an application that makes it easy to measure employee performance and discipline periodically as an indicator in providing Additional Employee Income (TPP) as well as being one of the supporting instruments for leaders in making decisions regarding employee performance, units and work units.
