SIWP

The Strategic Implementation Work Plan (SIWP) provides a framework for coordination of investments in development and stabilisation interventions in the Niger Delta Region.

SIWP harmonizes projects across the Niger Delta, through participatory partnerships between the Federal & State Governments, Private Sector, and Local Communities.

The SIWP app helps members of the public to monitor projects, provide feedback and engage implementing organisations in the Niger Delta region. This helps with accountability and transparency on budgets and implementation timelines.
