This application is Pekanbaru's Intelkam Innovation in SKCK Management, so now it can be done online, people no longer need to queue long at the SKCK counter.

The following is the SKCK Online management mechanism:

- People register online via cellphone (can be done without the need to go to the office

- Then after registering, the people go to the SKCK office / counter of the Rokan Hulu Police in Rambah Tengah Utara, Kec. Rambah, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau to submit files.

- If the file is complete, the officer will print the SKCK for the needs of the community.
