Privacy: In Privacy Mode your name and picture will only be revealed to a potential employer if you both connect with each other.

Swipe, Connect, Chat: Swipe to tag a position. Start chatting when the hiring manager tags you back!

Spotlight Jobs: These are hard-to-hire positions that companies would otherwise pay a recruiter to fill. We divert the money to the hired candidate and the referrer instead! To give you an idea, for a $150,000 salary Spotlight job, you can earn $21,000 if you get hired or $9,000 if you referred the successful candidate.* Even if you're happy at your current job, we make it worth your while to see what's out there, for yourself or your friends!

For Employers

Better matches via Skills: We match candidates and jobs based on Skills. This leads to higher quality job and talent matches. Scan in 5s, swipe to connect and chat to fill the position faster. 

Blind Screening: Choose Blind Screening to screen candidates without seeing their names or pictures. Tag the profiles that you’re interested in, and if the candidate tags you back, you’ll be able to see their names and chat in-app with them directly.

Free Job Postings: Post jobs for free on our regular jobs section. With SkillTagz, you only post the essentials for your position, including the specific skills and roles you’re looking for. We want our users to be able to scan for fit in 5 seconds. By eliminating lengthy descriptions (though if you insist on those, you can add a link to your description), you can finally upload jobs quickly and efficiently.

Crowdsource with Spotlight Jobs: For hard-to-fill positions, use our Spotlight jobs program to unlock the power of crowdsourced recruiting. You pay the same type of success-based fee that would otherwise go to a recruiter, except we give away the money to the candidate (70%) and the referrer (30%) instead, giving every user a powerful incentive to help you fill your position. Get the crowd on your side and help us reward your hired talent!
