About Smart Customs

Smart Customs Services by State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan

This application has been developed to provide access to e-Customs services rendered by the State Customs Committee from mobile devices.

Both citizens of Azerbaijan and foreign nationals can use this application. The application allows users to queue online for border crossings, calculate vehicle customs duties, appeal to the Committee, get news and contact Call Center of the State Customs Committee.

Customs Service of Azerbaijan is planning to add more services and data tools to this application in the near future.

A notification has been added informing that, starting from 01.06.2026, users logged into the system using a FIN code and password will not be able to create an Electronic Trade Declaration.
