Now this monster prisoner is rampaging the futuristic Police City to win the big war. The police are ready to defend the city at all cost.

Cops, SWAT, FBI, CIA and robots are unleashed to capture the bulking monster, dead or alive. Of course the monster wont be caught easily thanks to his superhuman strength, inhuman endurance and vice speed.
