"What's in the SMILE app?

1. Self-Service for Employees (ESS)

The Ad1SAP menu can be accessed through this feature, including: Workflow (leave/permit, employee master data, tax status, official travel, Claim, Placement Workflow and others); Corporate Information; Personal Information, Performance Appraisal and others.

2. SAP Fiori

Online attendance feature, used when employees come to work / arrive at the office and when they leave the office. This system is used for approval on ASSIST when certain authorized users perform document approval. SAP Assist is an application used for Finance and Accounting related to submitting cost proposals and filing fees.

3. e-Recruitment

The Orange e-Recruitment feature is a web-based HR solution module to simplify sourcing, selecting prospective employees and monitoring the recruitment process. This system is designed to optimize and streamline the HR function in recruiting employees.

4. Ad1Falcon

The Ad1Falcon feature is used to monitor the activities of the sales team in the branch in real time which is arranged in a hierarchy and serves to make it easier for them to obtain information about all partners or partners who have collaborated with Adira Finance.

5. Digilearn

Digital learning features used for training activities, both macro and micro approaches, through a variety of learning channels such as eLearning, eBooks, Efaq, eGlossary, Gamification, ePodcast and eMov to meet knowledge development needs according to the learning styles of each individual Adira employee. Finance, whenever and wherever they are.

6. Kongkow

Internal social media features for employees to be able to interact with each other by sharing content, liking and commenting on every activity, including happiness activities carried out by employees.

7. Gboard

New employees use Gboard during the onboarding process, both before they enter on the first day until the first two (weeks) they become Adira Finance employees.

Menu that displays messages from the Board of Directors - BOD Letter and BOD Quotes and answers if there are questions from employees to the Board of Directors
