sMugg

sMugg is a brand new app for your mobile device that helps you skip the queues and get straight to the java. And by “skipping the queues” we mean you don’t even have to leave your car, the coffee comes to you. Now that’s coffee to go!

Once you have installed the app, you will be required to register in order for the sMugg app to personalize your profile.

After registration, you will be able to select any of our participating stores within a 30km radius from your location and order your favourite brew.

Payment for beverages is taken care of by the sMugg app, so there is no need to scrounge for change when you collect your beverage of choice. You simply top up your sMugg account and we take care of the rest.

As soon as you place your order, we track your movement and instruct the barista to prepare your brew when you are a few minutes away. When your coffee is ready one of our runners meet you curbside and deliver your brew. No need to even get out of your car.

At present the app and store concept is being tested in East London, South Africa. We will shortly begin rolling sMugg out to the rest of South Africa with a mind on world domination.
