My name is Ava. I am 20 years old. I am the third child of 3 siblings. My sister Avan was born 5 minutes earlier than me. We're twins. Avan was born as a boy, while I was born as a woman.

My family has a religious background. Abah is a Kyai who owns a salaf Islamic boarding school on the outskirts of Pasuruan. Meanwhile, my mother accompanied Abah to take care of hundreds of female students, along with my sister, Zara. So that Abah can focus more on nurturing hundreds of male students with the ustad who was also Abah's student when the pesantren was first founded.

In our family, boarding has become a tradition. Avan, my twin brother, has started his Ibtida' education at the Abah Islamic boarding school since he was 4 years old. So do I. The difference is that I was housed in another Islamic boarding school, namely at a Salaf Islamic boarding school in Kasembon, Malang. This certainly has a strong reason why I was released at the age of 4 years. The reason is because Avan and I are twins. According to Javanese tradition, we should be separated.

I'm very close to Avan. I still clearly remember my sister running while shouting my name following the car that took me to another place. The place where all these stories started.

Avan and I are twins. We are just like you, we miss you, want this and that, like to try new things, and much more. There's only one thing that separates us from you. We have abilities that we only realize when we meet again for the first time.
