Brief Description of App

1.This app sends emergency sms including your current location to 3 (three) predefined mobile contacts.

2.Your current location's latitude and longitude are obtained from your network provider and the same are converted into address as per Google API.

3.Your current location data obtained from network provider may be slightly inaccurate but have been chosen for speed in data collection to react to emergency situations. Location data from GPS provider could have been more accurate but the same has been avoided for inherent delay in obtaining GPS fix and more so because it may not get the lat/long under cloudy conditions or inside building /shopping mall premises.

4. Please note that once SOS sms app is triggered, the emergency sms along with your current location data are sent at predefined intervals of 30 seconds till you stop it manually by pressing the "Stop SOS sms" button inside the App.

HOW TO USE:

1. After installing the app you have to first store your emergency mobile contacts (we recommend you store all three nos. for your safety) to whom you wish to send the sms in the event of an emergency. Storing of contacts is needed to be done only ONCE post installation.

2. Just enter the the Mobile nos in the text fields and press the "Save" button. You may save either 1, 2 or upto a maximum of 3 contacts. SMS will be sent to all the nos that you have saved.

3.After storing your contacts you will have to exit the app. Just press the back button to exit.

4.We recommend you position the app in a easily reachable location in your phone, so that in an emergency you can trigger the SOS sms.

5.To send SOS sms just touch the "SOS2trak" icon to activate auto SOS sms. No further user action is needed and the emergency sms will be sent continuously to your previously stored contacts with your current/updated location.

6.In order to stop the app just press the "Stop SOS sms" button at the bottom of the screen.

7.This is an emergency SOS app and hence please use it responsibly with care and discretion to avoid false alarms/nuisance.
