Improvements for adding shows and venues. When adding a show in the past, you can search for shows others have added. You can select a location on the map when adding a venue and this should auto-complete if the venue has been added before. Better support for US locations with support for other countries coming as Soundex gets more non-American users. I've added clear buttons to the venue fields so it's quicker to enter the correct information if the auto-fill didn't get it right.
