Spade Chat: Real-time communication app for construction projects

This app is a tool for smooth communication between multiple organizations. It is mainly intended for use by companies that perform construction work on exclusive areas such as intercoms in apartment complexes. By using this app, you can streamline communication, share information in real time, and improve work efficiency.

Construction companies often work with multiple subcontractors, and communication among those involved is important.

In particular, when carrying out renewal work on equipment in exclusive areas such as intercoms in apartment complexes, we work closely with call centers, construction companies, management companies, etc. that coordinate construction dates with tenants to ensure accurate construction dates and times. A method of communication is needed. Traditionally, communication methods such as mobile phones and e-mails have been used, but since communication is verbal, it is difficult to preserve the content of communications over mobile phones. E-mail has drawbacks such as lack of real-time capability for confirmation during construction. In addition, with other companies' communication tools such as LINE, messages about multiple construction properties are mixed into the space (hereinafter referred to as Chat or Chat space), making it difficult to distinguish between messages for each property. The situation was impossible.

By using this app, you can provide a closed chat service to members who have been grouped together in advance. By setting the grouping unit to property, it is possible to keep a history of messages from those involved in each construction project, and it can be used as a chat application with excellent real-time performance.

For example, a call center receives a call from a resident of an apartment complex. You can ask the tenant about their desired construction date, and use this app to contact the local construction team to see if the work can be done on that day, and check the availability of construction work in real time. The results can be used to respond to residents.

In addition to text messages, it provides communication functions such as voice calls, video calls, stamps, and photo sharing, and can be used as a platform where members can exchange messages in real time.

① Search the Apple Store on your smartphone and install this app. Before starting use, log in with the user ID/password provided in the instructions.

② Messages are exchanged between logged in users. The UI allows for intuitive use of things like attaching stamps and photos.
