SSD VITA

SSD VITA was created to promote an active and healthy lifestyle through a wide range of sporting and recreational activities. Founded in 1972, our organization has a long history of success in the world of sport. Located in the heart of the Aurelia Antica, the SSD VITA Sports Center is the right structure for your well-being!

We offer a variety of sports disciplines:

• We grow together in the pool, starting from swimming school for 3-year-old children, up to swimming school for adults and aquagym.

• The gym which offers a fitness room with courses for every need: Pilates, Postural, Functional Step, Step & Tone, Total Body, Gag, Bag, Circuit Training and Pre-pugilistics. The gym area is completed with an isotonic and cardio fitness room.

• Racquet sports are also added to our club: Tennis, with 5 red clay courts and an indoor fast court and Padel, with 3 indoor panoramic courts! Available with courses for all ages and free activities.

There is something for all tastes and skill levels! The staff is made up of expert instructors from the Italian Swimming Federation and the Italian Tennis Federation, and graduates in physical education! Join us in pursuing your passion for sport, making new friends and improving your physical and mental well-being!
