Starwood, one of the companies of the Yıldız Family, which has been operating in the forest products sector for 4 generations, is among the largest industrial companies in Turkey with its ever-growing production capacity and new investments.

The company, which produces the highest volume of board under one roof in Turkey, also produces 4,000 m³ of particleboard per day in 3 particleboard production lines and 2,000 m³ of MDF per day in 2 MDF production lines. It specializes in the production of thin MDF, especially from 1.5 mm to 8 mm.

Starwood, which produces 520,000 m² in total, 290,000 m² of which is closed area in İnegöl, has a production capacity of 50,000 sheets/day, with 183 cm and 210 cm widths, with 12 melamine presses and a melamine press in its facility in Georgia.

Starwoood, which both meets the needs of its own production and provides contract service with its 6 impregnation lines, also produces the resin and glue used in paper impregnation, particleboard and MDF production in its own facilities.

With the print-paint production line with a capacity of 300,000 m²/day, plates with thicknesses from 1.5mm to 22mm can be dyed in 35 different patterns and colors. In addition, ink printing of any color specific to the customer can be made.

With its nature-friendly structure and awareness of clean air quality, Starwood, which has suction systems for press gases in all production lines, and electrostatic filters / dust separators for particle board facilities, carries out production that respects the environment it lives in.

All Starwood products in E1 quality, which do not contain carcinogenic substances, have certificates related to national and international quality standards.
