Strike Team

With the Strike Team, all students at gyms that use EVO are able to take the training experience wherever they are!

See everything the Strike Team offers for your training experience:

- Access your TRAINING: information about the exercises, loads, repetitions, execution tips and training expiration. Also consult your physical assessment whenever you want.

- Consult the SCHEDULE of classes: check in, check schedules, reserve a place in the room and, if the class you want is full, be notified as soon as you have a place available!

- Interact with teachers and colleagues, through TIMELINE, posting photos and messages.

- NOTIFICATIONS: the Strike Team warns you of your next activities or if someone has sent you a message, so you don't risk missing any more classes or that important message!

Do you train Crossfit or Cross Training? In addition to everything we've talked about so far, you can still:

- View the current WOD and review the previous ones;

- Save your results;

- Register and track PRs (personal records);

- Consult the ranking.

Important: The Strike Team IS EXCLUSIVE FOR ACADEMIES THAT USE THE EVO SOFTWARE.
