You asked, and we listened! Our latest update lets members submit out-of-network claims digitally via a button on the "Claims" page or a link in the "Resources" section. No more mailing claim forms unless you want to (physical form is still available)! We've also enhanced the accessibility features of our app to better serve all users. Additionally, we squashed a few bugs.
