Have you ever wanted to organize a gathering, meeting or party but dread the thought of having to send out guest invitations, monitor guests’ replies, answer enquiries about the event etc. Have you have left out an invitation by mistake or experience the hassle when you have to inform everyone if you have to reschedule?

You could forget invitations or schedule another on the same day and time.

SWeet is a simple app with features that helps you to send invitations, monitor and update your guests’ replies. If you are the guest, SWeet alerts you of a new invitation, any changes to the event and allows you to easily reply the host.

Features:

– uses email address as your credential rather than mobile number hence SWeet can be installed on a tablet too.

– uploads contacts with email addresses, and checks if they have already a SWeet account. Contacts with SWeet accounts are automatically befriend if have enabled ‘automatic befriend’ option.

– shows latest new invitations or updates for easy viewing.

– displays the next 7 days invitations (-your events and confirmed attendance ) as -reminders.

– allows you to opt automatically befriend or requires your approval when other SWeet user wants to add you in their list.

– allows block option if you wish to stop receiving further invitations from a befriended SWeet user.

As a host, you can

– send, update and cancel your invitations.

– allow guests to view the guests list and set a RSVP date.

– include a map indicating the location of the event so you can reduce the hassle of giving directions to guests.

– group your SWeet contacts and use the group when creating an invitation guests list.

– view summary and details of up-to-date guests’ attendance status (Yes, No, Maybe, Pending).

As a guest you can

– receive invitations and configure them to be received as email alerts.

Some users may prefer to receive email alerts rather than having to frequently check the app.

– view the invitation details and reply invitation (Yes, No, Maybe).

– view guests lists and their attendance status if the host has allowed guests to view the guests list.

– send and receive messages to and from the host or other guests.

- view the location map provided by the host.
