SWEPPE

SWEPPE is a digital support for you with long-term pain and your employer when you are on your way back to work.

In SWEPPE, you create your own scorecard where you get support to

set a goal related to work

- identify obstacles to achieving your goal, strategies to use to deal with these obstacles and what support you need from your employer

- weekly evaluate how your goal is going

In SWEPPE you can

-invite your employer and share information from your scorecard such as your goal or what support you need when you start working.

- record your mood and your work situation daily and learn more about which habits make you feel better or worse

- get an overview of your registrations so that you can follow your development over time.

- ask a question to the coach

In SWEPPE you also have access to a library with valuable information, tips and tools about long-term pain and work.
